No. The smart chip is passive and does not require charging or batteries.

2. Which phones are compatible with the smart chip?
Most modern smartphones support it:

iPhone 7 and newer (iOS 13+)

Most Android phones (Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, OnePlus, etc.) with NFC enabled

3. Where should I scan the bracelet on my phone?

iPhone: Tap the top edge (near the front camera) to the bracelet.

Android: Tap the back of your phone (upper or middle area) to the bracelet.

4. Do I need to download an app to use it?
No app required. Simply tap your phone to the bracelet and the page will open automatically.

5. Will the messages repeat after scanning?
Messages are randomized. Each scan offers a fresh experience.

6. Can I use the bracelet if my phone doesn’t support NFC?
If your phone doesn’t have NFC, the chip cannot be scanned directly. You may use a friend’s NFC-enabled phone instead.

7. Is my personal data safe when using the bracelet?
Yes. The smart chip only stores and does not collect or share personal data.

8. Is shipping free, and what is your return policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Australia & New Zealand, plus free 7-day returns.

9. Can I give the bracelet as a gift?
Yes! Each bracelet comes ready to gift, making it a meaningful present for loved ones.

10. How long will it take to receive my order in Australia or New Zealand?
